The NHS 65th birthday is approaching
Don’t forget that Leeds is celebrating and giving thanks this weekend.
Saturday, 29 June, a gala event in Millennium Square.
A show case of NHS services from Yorkshire Air Ambulance to Catering Healthy eating.
Children’s entertainment supplied by Leeds Teaching Hospitals Crèche, Steel orchestra, Urban sprawl, Banner Theatre Group. Guest speaker Fabian Hamilton MP.

This is a family event open to all.
On Sunday 30 June – a service of celebration and thanksgiving for the National Health Service.
The service will be held at 3pm at Headingley Methodist Church, opposite the Arndale centre.
Everyone is welcome and tea and cakes will be served after the service.
Disabled access is via the entrance on Chapel Street.
The birthday itself is 5 July.
But this weekend is your chance to celebrate it in Leeds.
